• Mechanical keys are easily lost or misused

• Periodic on-site inspections are required to prevent unauthorized access

This solution introduces a smart electronic lock system for charging stations, upgrading traditional cabinet locks for remote access authorization, alarm handling, and traceable record management. It ensures the safety requirements for both charging station management and user usage are met.

The bill of list includes the 1511 electronic lock, wireless controller, cloud platform, and app. The IoT lock connects to the wireless controller via the lock connection harness, with each wireless controller powered by a 12V supply and connected to the cloud platform and app via 4G. Device data can be monitored, visualized, and managed through the cloud platform or app, with permission levels for management.
